PASTEL HEART · OUR AGREEMENT
Private-preview draft · Version 2026-10-13-family-1 · 14 October 2026
Pastel Heart is a women’s support community for adults. This private preview is free. Choose what you share, look after one another and use professional advice for medical decisions.
Pastel Heart is a private development project created by Paul J Fincken. It brings together personal weight tracking, support-circle previews, relaxation recordings and an optional AI companion. These terms apply to your use of this preview together with the Community Rules. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
This family-test version connects members through private live circles when its connection is configured. Subscriptions and merchandise checkout are not yet active. No promised feature or launch date should be inferred from a preview.
You must be at least 18 and join as a woman seeking a women’s support community. Confirm your age honestly. Keep your account details accurate and use the email associated with your current verified sign-in. Only your first name is displayed in the circle preview.
This preview uses your ChatGPT sign-in to verify your identity. Your four-digit PIN provides a convenient return step within that signed-in account. It is not a replacement for account authentication. Keep your PIN private and use Remember me only on your own device. You can lock the app or sign out from your profile. Clearing browser storage or expiry of the underlying sign-in may require you to sign in again.
Pastel Heart provides general peer support and tracking. It is not a medical, dietetic, psychological or emergency service. There is no guarantee of a particular weight change. A badge celebrates time on your journey, not medical improvement.
Auntie Isabella is an AI companion. Her replies can be inaccurate or unsuitable. She does not diagnose, prescribe, alter medication or replace a qualified professional. Use appropriate professional guidance when your circumstances require it. AI sharing is a separate choice when you send a request; accepting these terms does not automatically send your weights or messages to AI.
No person monitors this preview for emergencies. Contact local emergency services directly if you are in immediate danger.
You keep ownership of content you create. By deliberately posting or sharing it, you allow the app to store and display it as needed for that action. This permission does not give us a general right to use your personal story, images or videos in advertising. Separate permission would be needed for that.
Share only content you have permission to share. Do not publish another person’s identifying details or private conversations. Be aware that recipients of an exported card or recording may keep copies outside Pastel Heart.
Follow the Community Rules. Do not harass, shame, threaten, discriminate, impersonate, scam or encourage harmful behaviour. Do not use the app for unsolicited advertising or to access another person’s information.
Before a public community opens, reporting, moderation and review procedures must be established. This private preview has no staffed moderation inbox. Its Help page explains the current contact limitation. Future restrictions on access should be proportionate to a safety concern or material breach, with a reason and opportunity to seek review where practicable.
No payment is taken in this preview. A 14-day trial and A$14.99 monthly membership are proposed for a future launch, not an active subscription or charge authorised by accepting these terms.
Before any paid plan begins, the checkout must clearly show the final price, currency, taxes, trial end, renewal arrangements, billing provider and cancellation process. A separate payment authorisation will be required. Cancellation must be available through the identified billing channel without an unnecessary obstacle. Any future price change must be explained in advance and allow a member to decline renewal.
Audio is supplied with the credits and licences shown in Me Time. Your access is for listening and any download expressly offered. Third-party licences continue to apply; do not assume you may sell or commercially redistribute a recording.
The showroom illustrates possible products, sizes and prices. Saving a choice does not place an order. Final supplier terms, shipping, returns and prices must be disclosed before ordering is enabled.
The preview can change, be interrupted or become unavailable while it is developed. Keep separate copies of anything you need to retain. We will identify material changes to these policies and ask you to agree where appropriate.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refunds rule, waive claims for our negligence or require you to give up mandatory rights in your country.
The public support address and legal operator details are awaiting confirmation. For this private preview, contact the creator through the route by which you were invited. Public and paid registration must not open until an accessible contact and complaint route and final operator details have been published.
PASTEL HEART · YOUR INFORMATION
Private-preview draft · Version 2026-10-13-family-1 · 14 October 2026
Your email is not displayed in your circle. Weight information is used with a separate permission. AI receives information only when you choose to send a request. This preview keeps much of your activity on your device.
| Information | Purpose and storage |
|---|---|
| Account identifier, email, first name, 18+ declaration, PIN hash and verification-attempt counters | Membership, return access and abuse prevention. Stored against your verified sign-in in the hosted account database. Raw PINs are not saved there. |
| Policy versions and permission dates | Record which preview terms you accepted and whether you allowed weight-information processing. Stored in the hosted account database. |
| Country, time zone, starting and goal weights, basic joining status | Personalise your profile and restore its basic details. Stored in the hosted account database when you save your profile, with separate permission for weight details. |
| Journey start date | Calculate time milestones and unlock recordings. Stored against your verified account. |
| Detailed weight entries, daily actions, reflections, circle-preview messages, AI drafts, pastel portraits and saved shirt choices | Provide the family-test features. Saved privately to your account, with a local browser copy. Videos and generated share-card files are excluded from this sync. |
| Recorded or selected videos and generated share cards | Show what you deliberately post to your circle. Shared media are held in private storage for circle playback; local preview copies may also remain. Sharing outside the app is a separate action. |
Weight entries, goals, health-related preferences and personal reflections may be sensitive. We ask separately before using your starting and goal weights to support tracking and suggest a starting-weight band. Exact weights are not automatically posted to a circle. A band indicates a range, so it can reveal approximate starting weight.
You choose whether to record optional reflections, photos or videos. Do not enter another person’s private information. Declining weight permission prevents saving weight details for that purpose; it does not grant permission for advertising or AI training. Contact us through the preview’s current contact route if you want to withdraw permission or discuss existing information.
When you tick the AI sharing choice and send a request, your first name, message and relevant recent Isabella conversation are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. For plans or selected context, the preferences or journey details identified on that screen are also included. Earlier messages can contain details you previously shared. Start a fresh conversation to leave that history out of the next request.
The app requests that API responses are not stored as application state. This does not mean zero retention: OpenAI may retain information for abuse monitoring or other provider obligations. We have not enabled the optional programme that shares your API conversations for model improvement. OpenAI’s current policies govern its processing. AI is optional and separate from community membership.
Mirror Time requests camera access only when you open it. It shows a live reflection with a pastel overlay. It does not record or upload that reflection. Closing it releases the camera.
Video recording asks for camera and microphone permission. A recorded video is previewed before you choose to post it to your circle. Your selected portrait is turned into a pastel image for the preview. These are separate choices, not permissions granted by accepting this policy.
Exporting a card or file or using your device’s share function sends the material to the recipient or app you choose. Those recipients have their own practices, and we cannot remove copies they keep.
Weight entries, reflections, habit records, AI conversations you save, example chat text and showroom favourites now sync privately to your own account. A local copy remains in your browser. This does not make example circle messages into shared chat. Videos and shared images are still on-device. Email verification codes expire after ten minutes and can be used once. A remembered login uses your Supabase session; sign-out ends this device’s session.
When you send a report, we store your account identifier, the selected circle message, your reason, optional note and the review history. Only you and the administrator can see your report. Private appeals and account blocking choices are also saved. These records remain in the preview database even if local chat is reset. Do not include unnecessary private or health details. Contact the creator for access or deletion requests.
Cloudflare hosts this family-test app. Supabase provides sign-in, the account database, live messaging and private media. Your email is verified directly, without ChatGPT sign-in. OpenAI provides AI processing only when configured and you opt in to a request.
The current Supabase account and media project is hosted in South Korea. Other providers may also process information outside Australia. Provider contracts, retention arrangements and required international safeguards have not all been confirmed for a public launch. They must be checked and disclosed before the service opens publicly, including requirements in countries where membership is offered.
Hosting and AI providers may also process connection and diagnostic information, such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs, for their service and security purposes. Their own privacy arrangements apply to those records.
Browser storage keeps a local copy of your preferences and family-test records between visits. Eligible records also sync privately to your account. Records are separated by your signed-in account. Remember me lets this app resume within your existing sign-in, so use it only on a trusted device. The device PIN step does not encrypt browser records or replace the underlying account’s security.
Hosted PINs are salted and hashed, and incorrect attempts are limited. Access controls and secure delivery help protect account records. No system can promise complete security. Browser history or records may be lost if you clear storage, change browsers or devices, or use a mode that does not retain data.
You can edit basic profile details in your profile. Local entries can be managed through the controls offered for that feature. Reset preview clears selected preview state, but it is not deletion of your hosted membership, consent records or journey date. Signing out revokes this device’s login; it does not delete your account.
For access, correction, withdrawal or deletion of hosted records, contact the private-preview creator through your invitation route. A public contact address and a reviewed request-handling process are still being established. If a request is made, identity must be confirmed before disclosing or deleting another person’s information. Relevant legal retention duties and copies held by separate providers must be considered.
Local copies remain until the app’s controls or your browser remove them. Synced account records remain in the family-test database. Hosted membership, journey and consent records remain in the family-test database. Shared media playback expires after 30 days; stored objects need scheduled cleanup. A documented retention schedule, provider backup arrangements and account-deletion workflow must be set before public launch. We do not promise an automatic deletion period that is not implemented.
Raise a privacy concern with the creator using the current preview contact route. The public privacy contact and complaint process will be published before launch. Where applicable, you may also seek help from the relevant privacy regulator, including the Australian Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
We will show the date and version of policy updates. No marketing permission is collected in this preview. Accepting the policy does not authorise promotional emails.
PASTEL HEART · OUR LITTLE CIRCLE
Private-preview Community Rules · Version 2026-10-13-family-1 · 14 October 2026
This is a women’s support community for adults. Everyone arrives with their own history and moves at their own pace.
No body shaming, weigh-in competitions, pressure to lose faster or criticism of someone’s size or appearance. Celebrate effort, friendship and personal milestones. A difficult week deserves support.
No bullying, threats, hate speech, discriminatory abuse, sexual harassment, unwanted sexual content or repeated unwanted contact. Respect members across countries, cultures, religions and backgrounds. Do not impersonate someone or pressure them to give personal details.
Do not share screenshots, recordings, names or personal stories outside a circle without the people involved agreeing. Ask before including another person in a photograph or video. Do not post private contact details, addresses, financial details or account credentials.
Share your own experience without presenting it as a diagnosis or treatment. Do not tell members to change medication or ignore professional guidance. Do not encourage purging, starvation, dangerous restriction, unsafe products or harmful weight-loss practices. Do not post graphic self-harm content.
No scams, spam, unsolicited selling, fundraising pressure or recruitment into paid programmes. Respect copyright. Do not use the community to collect people’s information or contact them for unrelated purposes.
Check in when it suits you. Members live in different time zones and may need time to reply. Photos, videos and public sharing are optional. Nobody owes the group a live appearance, an exact weight or an explanation of private circumstances.
A first incident can receive a private warning. Repeated abuse can lead to a seven-day suspension, followed by a permanent ban if it continues. Threats, hate speech, sexual harassment or exposing private information can lead directly to a ban. The administrator reviews the context and can hear both sides where appropriate. A report alone does not trigger punishment. Members can ask privately for a review through Safety. There is no public naming or shaming.
This is currently a private preview with example members and device-local chat. There is no staffed reporting inbox or round-the-clock monitoring. If something concerns you, stop engaging and contact the creator through the route by which you were invited. Use Report beside an example message to send a private report, or Block to hide that example member. Safety opens your blocked list, reports and private appeal form. Reports are saved for the administrator to review, with a copy of the selected message. There is no automatic or round-the-clock review. Warning, suspension and ban controls currently demonstrate actions on example members only. Enforcement for real shared members must be connected before live groups open.
For immediate danger, contact your local emergency service. The app and Auntie Isabella cannot provide an emergency response.

Have you ever stopped to think about everything that had to happen for you to be born?
You. Yes, you who’s listening now.
Your parents meeting. Their parents meeting before them. All those lives, all those moments, leading eventually to you.
When you think about it, is it any wonder people call a birth a miracle?
There were so many ways things could have happened differently. Yet here you are, experiencing life.
You get to see this world. To feel things. To love people. To have experiences that belong to you.
In the history of our planet, and in the vastness of the universe, our lives are very short. But this little stretch of time is yours.
So the next time you feel disappointed with yourself, take a moment to remember that.
Perhaps your eating has gone off track. Perhaps your weight-loss journey feels difficult today.
There is still so much life here for you to experience.
You are one of the lucky ones. You are here.
Give yourself a little care. Give yourself a chance to enjoy being alive, even while you are working towards change.
Pastel Heart welcomes you. This moment is yours.
Voiceover generated with AIDOCMAKER.COM.
Look at the bigger picture.
Think about how many people live on this planet. Then think about the planets in our solar system, and all the other solar systems spread across the universe.
Think about how enormous it all is, and how minuscule we are within it.
Now think about whatever has been troubling you today.
When you look at it that way, does it really matter?
If your daily chores haven’t gone to plan, or your eating habits have gone off track a little, it’s okay. In the bigger picture, that little setback really, really doesn’t matter.
There is so much more to your life than that.
Right now, the only person you need to concentrate on is yourself. Give yourself a little kindness. Give yourself room to breathe.
Just by being here, taking this moment, you are already doing something for yourself.
Pastel Heart welcomes you. This moment is yours.

One month in.
Do you remember the day you first came to Pastel Heart? What were you hoping for? What made you decide to give it a go?
Take a moment to think about how this first month has been for you.
Some things may have gone well. Others may have been harder than you expected. How are you doing? How are you really feeling about your journey so far?
Remember to lean on your friends.
Lean on your Pastel Heart circle. Go into the chat room and tell them how you’re getting on. Tell them what you’re pleased with, what you’re finding difficult, or what’s been on your mind.
You could start with something as simple as, “I’m one month in, and this is how it’s been for me.”
Give your friends a chance to get to know your journey.
And ask about theirs too. How are they doing? What has their month been like? Perhaps there’s something you can share that will help someone else.
These conversations are part of what Pastel Heart is here for.
As you move into your next month, keep making room for those friendships. Talk, listen, and let yourself be supported.
Pastel Heart. Your journey. Your people. Your pace.

Three months in.
Think about how much can happen in three months. Life carries on. There are busy days, difficult days, and days when everything seems to need your attention at once.
Take a little time now to think about your journey.
What have you learned about yourself since you started? What has helped you? And what keeps getting in the way?
Be honest with yourself. If something has been difficult to keep up with, think about what would make it more manageable in your everyday life.
You have had three months to begin finding out what works for you. Take that experience into the next few months.
And bring your friends with you.
Go into your Pastel Heart chat room and share something you have noticed. Tell your circle what has been helping, or ask how they have dealt with something you are finding difficult.
You might be surprised by what comes out of that conversation.
Listen to their experiences too. Someone may be having the sort of day you remember having yourself. A few words from you could mean a great deal to them.
As you move forward, choose one thing you would like to continue, or one thing you would like to change.
Give it some thought. Make it something that fits your life.
Pastel Heart. Your journey. Your people. Your pace.

Now you’re six months in.
Give yourself a pat on the back.
Think about the journey you’ve been on. With yourself, with your Pastel Heart friends, and with us here at Pastel Heart.
Six months. Half a year.
Take a moment to think about what you’ve achieved.
Think about any weight you’ve lost. Think about the things you’ve learned, the changes you’ve tried, and the friendships you’ve started to make.
And if you haven’t lost the weight you hoped to lose, give yourself a little credit for the effort you’ve been making. Be honest about what’s been difficult. Talk about it. Let your friends know where you could use some encouragement.
A lot can happen in six months. Life gets busy. Plans change. Some weeks are easier than others.
Here you are today, taking another moment for yourself.
So congratulations on reaching this point.
Share it with your friends. Go into your chat room and say, “I’m six months in. This is what I’m pleased with, and this is what I’m still working on.”
You might have something to share that another woman needs to hear. And she might have something to share that helps you.
Before you think about the next six months, allow yourself to recognise this moment.
Give yourself that pat on the back.
Pastel Heart. Your journey. Your people. Your pace.

Nine months in.
Just think about that for a moment. You’re three quarters of the way through your first year.
Think back to when you started. What were you hoping for? And how are you feeling about yourself today?
Perhaps you’ve lost weight. Perhaps your clothes feel different. Perhaps you’ve found something that makes looking after yourself a little easier.
Give yourself credit for those things.
And if you’re feeling tired of it all, say so. Nine months is a long time, and sometimes you need a bit of encouragement yourself.
Lean on your Pastel Heart friends. Go into your chat room and tell them, “I’m nine months in. This is how I’m doing.”
Talk about what’s going well. Talk about what’s been difficult. Ask how they’re getting on too.
Think about the friendships you’ve made along the way. Who has helped you? Perhaps today is a good day to tell them.
And somewhere in your circle, there may be a woman who’s only just beginning. You remember how that felt. Say hello. Give her a little encouragement.
Now think about these next three months. What would you like to work on? Choose something you feel you can manage, and share it with your friends.
Nine months in. Take a moment to be pleased with yourself.
Pastel Heart. Your journey. Your people. Your pace.

Twelve months in.
A whole year.
Think back to the day you first came to Pastel Heart. Think about how you felt, what you hoped for, and what made you decide to begin.
And now, here you are.
Give yourself a moment to take that in.
Think about what this year has been like. The weight you may have lost. The things you’ve learned about yourself. The days when you felt pleased, and the days when you needed someone to talk to.
Think about the friends who’ve been part of your journey.
Perhaps someone said something that helped you through a difficult week. Perhaps you did that for someone else.
Those moments deserve to be remembered too.
And if you haven’t reached the weight you hoped for, talk about how you’re feeling. What has helped? What has been difficult? What would you like a little more support with?
You’ve had a year to get to know yourself better. Take what you’ve learned with you.
But today, let yourself celebrate.
Go into your Pastel Heart chat room and say, “It’s been a year. Thank you for being part of it.”
Share something you’re proud of. Give your friends a chance to celebrate with you.
Then do something nice for yourself. Something you’ll enjoy. Make a little occasion of it.
Twelve months in.
Congratulations from all of us at Pastel Heart.
