PASTEL HEARTS
Private preview · Updated 16 October 2026
Pastel Hearts is a women’s support community for adults. This preview is free. Sharing and AI are optional. Treat other members with care.
The app provides personal tracking, live support circles, meal ideas, relaxation audio and an optional AI companion. Subscriptions and merchandise checkout are not active. The proposed launch offer is a 14-day trial followed by A$14.99 per month. No payment is authorised by joining this preview. Future checkout must show the final price, renewal, cancellation and refund arrangements before a member agrees to pay.
You must be 18 or over and join as a woman seeking a women’s support community. Use your own verified email. Only your first name is displayed in chat. Keep your PIN private and use Remember me only on your own device. The PIN is a convenient return step; it does not replace the account’s underlying sign-in security. You can lock the app or sign out in Profile.
Pastel Hearts provides peer support and general tools, not medical, dietetic, psychological or emergency care. It does not guarantee weight loss. A badge marks time since joining, not health improvement. Auntie Isabella is AI and can make mistakes. She does not diagnose, prescribe or replace a qualified professional. AI receives information only when you choose to send a request, as explained in Privacy.
You own your contributions. When you deliberately post or share them, you permit the app to store and show them for that purpose. This does not permit their use in advertising without separate agreement. Share only content you have permission to share. Recipients can keep copies outside the app. A live graph updates after future saved weigh-ins until you stop sharing; an exported card is a snapshot.
Follow the Community rules. Report a message or block a member in chat. Reports and appeals are saved privately for Pastel Hearts to review. Warnings, suspensions and bans can apply to accounts. Support and reports are not monitored continuously. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Audio licences and credits are shown in Me Time. Downloads do not grant additional commercial rights. The showroom contains proposed products and prices. Saving a choice is not an order or reservation. The proposed free keyring is one per member after a first monthly payment, once paid membership and gift delivery are available. Final eligibility, delivery, product and returns details must be shown before payment.
The preview may change or be interrupted. Keep separate copies of anything important. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Future payment terms must not impose a blanket no-refunds rule or remove mandatory rights.
Signed-in members can send a private request through Help and read replies there. Final operator details, a public contact route and launch terms are still being confirmed before public or paid registration.
PASTEL HEARTS
Private preview · Updated 16 October 2026
Your email is not shown in chat. Your private records stay in your account unless you deliberately share something. AI sharing is a separate choice.
Supabase stores your verified account, first name, age declaration, country, time zone, policy choices, weight permission and joining date. PINs are salted and hashed; raw PINs are not stored there. Verification codes expire after ten minutes and can be used once.
Your weight history, goals, notes, reflections, selected AI information, meal plans, activity history and showroom favourites sync privately to your account. A browser copy supports use between visits. Offline changes wait to sync. If two devices conflict, the app keeps the unsynced copy and asks you to resolve it. Do not clear your browser before resolving a conflict.
Live chat stores messages, replies, hearts, your first name, country and finished portrait for your circle. Recorded videos and posted card images are held in private shared storage for circle playback. They are not limited to the device that posted them. Media playback expires after 30 days; stored-object and backup retention still need a final published schedule.
Exact weights, personal notes, goals and reflections are not automatically posted. Starting-weight matching reveals an approximate range. You can share a one-time card or choose a live graph that updates with future saved weigh-ins. The live graph’s goal and notes stay private; exact weight numbers are optional. You can stop live sharing, and leaving the circle stops it. Someone may still keep an earlier screenshot or exported copy.
A saved weekly weigh-in can count anonymously towards the circle’s check-in count. You choose separately whether to contribute its change to a combined total and whether to include your chosen weekly win. A win does not require a weigh-in. No individual weight change or contributor identity is returned in the recap. A combined weight total is shown only with at least three opted-in contributors. Choices can change until the displayed circle cutoff. Completed recaps remain available to members of that circle.
The calendar is private to you. It records dated weigh-ins, meals you mark as made, listening time and one chat visit per day. A chat visit does not record other members’ presence or the conversation. Goal check-ins and private notes have their own history; they are not automatically inferred from listening or making a meal.
After you opt in, pressing Send shares your first name, message and relevant recent conversation with OpenAI to generate a reply. You can choose whether remembered preferences, your most recently saved idea and selected journey details are included. New memory suggestions need your approval. Pause AI sharing or review and clear saved information in AI preferences and saved ideas.
Earlier messages may contain details you shared before. Start a fresh conversation to leave that history out of future requests. Clearing a preference does not remove it from an earlier message or saved idea. The app requests that API replies are not stored as application state by the provider; this is not a promise of zero provider retention. OpenAI may retain data for abuse monitoring or other obligations. Optional sharing for model improvement is not enabled in this app.
The optional mirror shows a live camera view without recording or uploading it. Closing it releases the camera. Video asks for camera and microphone access and previews the recording before posting. The original portrait photo is processed on the device; the finished pastel portrait is saved and can still be recognisable. Exporting or using phone sharing sends only the content you choose to the chosen app or recipient.
Reports save the selected message, reason, optional note and review history. Support requests save your subject, message and the reply. Only you and the Pastel Hearts administrator can read your request or report. Blocking and appeals are also saved. These records are not deleted by signing out. Avoid including credentials or unnecessary health details. Requests and reports are not monitored continuously.
Cloudflare hosts the app. Supabase provides sign-in, private account storage, live messaging and media. The account and media project is hosted in South Korea; other providers may process information outside Australia. Providers may also retain connection and security logs. Final provider, international processing and retention arrangements must be published before public launch. Browser records are not encrypted by the four-digit PIN. Use Remember me only on a trusted device.
Edit your profile and use the controls for each feature to change or remove information. Signing out ends this device’s sign-in; it does not delete your membership. Resetting a preview is not an account-deletion request. Use Help to request access, correction, withdrawal of permission or deletion. Identity may need checking. Provider copies and any applicable retention duties must also be considered.
A final retention schedule, public operator details and public privacy contact are still being established. Raise a concern through Help during this private preview. Where applicable, you can also contact the relevant privacy regulator, including the Australian Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. No promotional email permission is collected by joining this preview.
PASTEL HEARTS
Private preview · Updated 16 October 2026
Members come from different countries and circumstances. Chat when it suits you. Nobody owes the circle a photo, a video, an exact weight or an explanation.
No body shaming, weigh-in competitions or pressure to lose faster. Celebrate effort, friendship and achievements a member chooses to share. A difficult week deserves support.
No bullying, threats, hate speech, discriminatory abuse, sexual harassment, unwanted sexual content or repeated unwanted contact. Respect different cultures, religions and backgrounds. Do not impersonate people or pressure them for private details.
Do not share another person’s screenshots, recordings or stories outside the circle without agreement. Ask before including someone in a photo or video. Never post account credentials, addresses, financial details or private contact information.
Share your experience without presenting it as a diagnosis or treatment. Do not tell members to change medication or ignore professional advice. Do not encourage starvation, purging, dangerous restriction or unsafe weight-loss products. Do not post graphic self-harm content.
No scams, spam, unsolicited selling, fundraising pressure or recruitment into paid programmes. Respect copyright. Do not collect members’ information for unrelated purposes.
Use Report beside a message or Block to hide a member’s messages. Safety shows your reports, blocked list and private appeal route. Pastel Hearts reviews saved reports; there is no continuous monitoring. A report alone does not trigger punishment.
A first incident may receive a private warning. Repeated abuse can lead to a seven-day suspension and then a ban. Serious threats, hate speech, sexual harassment or exposure of private information can lead directly to a ban. The administrator reviews context and can hear both sides where appropriate. Ask privately for a review through Safety. There is no public naming or shaming.
Use Help for a private support request. This app and Isabella are not emergency services. Contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.

Have you ever stopped to think about everything that had to happen for you to be born?
You. Yes, you who’s listening now.
Your parents meeting. Their parents meeting before them. All those lives, all those moments, leading eventually to you.
When you think about it, is it any wonder people call a birth a miracle?
There were so many ways things could have happened differently. Yet here you are, experiencing life.
You get to see this world. To feel things. To love people. To have experiences that belong to you.
In the history of our planet, and in the vastness of the universe, our lives are very short. But this little stretch of time is yours.
So the next time you feel disappointed with yourself, take a moment to remember that.
Perhaps your eating has gone off track. Perhaps your weight-loss journey feels difficult today.
There is still so much life here for you to experience.
You are one of the lucky ones. You are here.
Give yourself a little care. Give yourself a chance to enjoy being alive, even while you are working towards change.
Pastel Hearts welcomes you. This moment is yours.

Look at the bigger picture.
Think about how many people live on this planet. Then think about the planets in our solar system, and all the other solar systems spread across the universe.
Think about how enormous it all is, and how minuscule we are within it.
Now think about whatever has been troubling you today.
When you look at it that way, does it really matter?
If your daily chores haven’t gone to plan, or your eating habits have gone off track a little, it’s okay. In the bigger picture, that little setback really, really doesn’t matter.
There is so much more to your life than that.
Right now, the only person you need to concentrate on is yourself. Give yourself a little kindness. Give yourself room to breathe.
Just by being here, taking this moment, you are already doing something for yourself.
Pastel Hearts welcomes you. This moment is yours.

One month in.
Do you remember the day you first came to Pastel Hearts? What were you hoping for? What made you decide to give it a go?
Take a moment to think about how this first month has been for you.
Some things may have gone well. Others may have been harder than you expected. How are you doing? How are you really feeling about your journey so far?
Remember to lean on your friends.
Lean on your Pastel Hearts circle. Go into the chat room and tell them how you’re getting on. Tell them what you’re pleased with, what you’re finding difficult, or what’s been on your mind.
You could start with something as simple as, “I’m one month in, and this is how it’s been for me.”
Give your friends a chance to get to know your journey.
And ask about theirs too. How are they doing? What has their month been like? Perhaps there’s something you can share that will help someone else.
These conversations are part of what Pastel Hearts is here for.
As you move into your next month, keep making room for those friendships. Talk, listen, and let yourself be supported.
Pastel Hearts. Your journey. Your people. Your pace.

Three months in.
Think about how much can happen in three months. Life carries on. There are busy days, difficult days, and days when everything seems to need your attention at once.
Take a little time now to think about your journey.
What have you learned about yourself since you started? What has helped you? And what keeps getting in the way?
Be honest with yourself. If something has been difficult to keep up with, think about what would make it more manageable in your everyday life.
You have had three months to begin finding out what works for you. Take that experience into the next few months.
And bring your friends with you.
Go into your Pastel Hearts chat room and share something you have noticed. Tell your circle what has been helping, or ask how they have dealt with something you are finding difficult.
You might be surprised by what comes out of that conversation.
Listen to their experiences too. Someone may be having the sort of day you remember having yourself. A few words from you could mean a great deal to them.
As you move forward, choose one thing you would like to continue, or one thing you would like to change.
Give it some thought. Make it something that fits your life.
Pastel Hearts. Your journey. Your people. Your pace.

Now you’re six months in.
Give yourself a pat on the back.
Think about the journey you’ve been on. With yourself, with your Pastel Hearts friends, and with us here at Pastel Hearts.
Six months. Half a year.
Take a moment to think about what you’ve achieved.
Think about any weight you’ve lost. Think about the things you’ve learned, the changes you’ve tried, and the friendships you’ve started to make.
And if you haven’t lost the weight you hoped to lose, give yourself a little credit for the effort you’ve been making. Be honest about what’s been difficult. Talk about it. Let your friends know where you could use some encouragement.
A lot can happen in six months. Life gets busy. Plans change. Some weeks are easier than others.
Here you are today, taking another moment for yourself.
So congratulations on reaching this point.
Share it with your friends. Go into your chat room and say, “I’m six months in. This is what I’m pleased with, and this is what I’m still working on.”
You might have something to share that another woman needs to hear. And she might have something to share that helps you.
Before you think about the next six months, allow yourself to recognise this moment.
Give yourself that pat on the back.
Pastel Hearts. Your journey. Your people. Your pace.

Nine months in.
Just think about that for a moment. You’re three quarters of the way through your first year.
Think back to when you started. What were you hoping for? And how are you feeling about yourself today?
Perhaps you’ve lost weight. Perhaps your clothes feel different. Perhaps you’ve found something that makes looking after yourself a little easier.
Give yourself credit for those things.
And if you’re feeling tired of it all, say so. Nine months is a long time, and sometimes you need a bit of encouragement yourself.
Lean on your Pastel Hearts friends. Go into your chat room and tell them, “I’m nine months in. This is how I’m doing.”
Talk about what’s going well. Talk about what’s been difficult. Ask how they’re getting on too.
Think about the friendships you’ve made along the way. Who has helped you? Perhaps today is a good day to tell them.
And somewhere in your circle, there may be a woman who’s only just beginning. You remember how that felt. Say hello. Give her a little encouragement.
Now think about these next three months. What would you like to work on? Choose something you feel you can manage, and share it with your friends.
Nine months in. Take a moment to be pleased with yourself.
Pastel Hearts. Your journey. Your people. Your pace.

Twelve months in.
A whole year.
Think back to the day you first came to Pastel Hearts. Think about how you felt, what you hoped for, and what made you decide to begin.
And now, here you are.
Give yourself a moment to take that in.
Think about what this year has been like. The weight you may have lost. The things you’ve learned about yourself. The days when you felt pleased, and the days when you needed someone to talk to.
Think about the friends who’ve been part of your journey.
Perhaps someone said something that helped you through a difficult week. Perhaps you did that for someone else.
Those moments deserve to be remembered too.
And if you haven’t reached the weight you hoped for, talk about how you’re feeling. What has helped? What has been difficult? What would you like a little more support with?
You’ve had a year to get to know yourself better. Take what you’ve learned with you.
But today, let yourself celebrate.
Go into your Pastel Hearts chat room and say, “It’s been a year. Thank you for being part of it.”
Share something you’re proud of. Give your friends a chance to celebrate with you.
Then do something nice for yourself. Something you’ll enjoy. Make a little occasion of it.
Twelve months in.
Congratulations from all of us at Pastel Hearts.
Your journey. Your people. Your pace.
